Zhenwei’s paper on oxide/2D material heterojunctions has just been accepted for publication in Advanced Materials. This is the first report showing the synthesis and device performance of p-type oxide with n-type 2D materials. The junction is able to function as optical sensor, thermal sensor, and as rectifier. Congratulations, Zhenwei!
