Dhinesh’s process in which he developed nanocomposite composed of 2D g-C3N4 and 2D MoS2 to fabricate broad band photodetectors has been published in Advanced Functional Materials. The photodetectors shows excellent performance in comparison with other solution processed 2D materials. Congratulations, Dhinesh.
