Research Interests

Professor Alshareef's research interests are in developing nanomaterials for energy Storage, electronics, and sensors. Current projects include: mobile ion batteries (Li, Na, Zn, K), electrochemical supercapacitors and microsupercapacitors, wearable electronics and sensors, transparent electronics, and thermoelectric materials
